Note: This document is the legally binding agreement between you and StrangerLine. By using any part of the platform, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use StrangerLine.
StrangerLine ("StrangerLine", "we", "us", "our") is an anonymous random chat platform connecting people worldwide through one-on-one text, voice, and video conversations. The service is accessible at strangerline.io and through associated applications and interfaces.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of:
By accessing or using any part of StrangerLine — including as a guest — you agree to be bound by these Terms.
StrangerLine is strictly an adult platform. You must be at least 18 years old to use any part of this service. By ticking the "I'm at least 18 years old" checkbox at the start of a session, you are making a legal declaration that you meet this age requirement.
If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use StrangerLine under any circumstances.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
StrangerLine is accessible globally. However, if the laws of your jurisdiction prohibit use of platforms of this nature, you must not use StrangerLine.
You may use StrangerLine without creating an account. As a guest, you will be assigned a temporary session identifier. Guest session data is cleared when your session ends.
You may optionally create a StrangerLine account or sign in with Google. A registered account allows you to save conversations, send friend requests, message strangers after disconnecting, and access subscription features.
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information; keep your account information up to date; maintain the security of your login credentials; and accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
Do not share your credentials with others. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at support@strangerline.io.
You agree to use StrangerLine only in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner at all times.
The following behaviors result in an immediate, permanent ban without prior warning, mandatory reporting to law enforcement where required, and no right of appeal:
You retain ownership of any content you create on StrangerLine. By using the platform, you grant StrangerLine a limited, non-exclusive license to process and transmit your content as necessary to provide the service. We do not store chat messages after sessions end.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to StrangerLine at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time.
StrangerLine is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StrangerLine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nova Scotia, Canada.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of StrangerLine after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the "Last Updated" date when changes are made.
